Royal Icing

During the Royal Icing Course (flowers and cake decoration), the following skills will be learned:

  • Learn how to make decorative flowers that look like real
  • Preparing decoration cream fast dry (Royal Icing)
  • Make fast dry decoration cream and using a piping Bag
  • Create different types of professional flowers and designs for roses, pansies and lilies
  • Cake decoration with frames using a piping Bag
  • Advanced ways for decorating with buttercream and piping Bag

 

The people who participant in Royal Icing course, they will award from Cake Design Center certificates of advanced cake decorating skills with using “Royal Icing”. This certificate is internationally recognized and licensed by Wilton the international company.
