Chocolate course is an intensive multi-day course. During the course, the following skills are learned:
- Full explanation of the types of chocolate and how to know the correct type of creams, and how to coordinate the shapes
- Explanation and work of the method of melting chocolate and the correct temperature for melting and cooling chocolate
- Making all kinds of chocolate pieces
- Making kinds of fillings like caramel, fruits, nuts, coffee…etc. As a filling for chocolate
- Chocolate dough work to make flowers and shapes
- Chocolate designs
Each participant will receive at the beginning of the course a book including recipes and cooking apron. Moreover, all stuff that the participant used during the course will be owned by him/her, and also the cake that he/she made. At the end of each course, the trainee receives a certificate signed by Cake Design Vienna, signed by Chef Hala.
